MSc. David Silva is a Brazilian cybersecurity keynote speaker and ethical hacker based in Portugal, with 12+ years of experience in offensive security. He is the Founder and CEO of CyberX – The Ethical Hacking Services (https://cyberx.global/en), an offensive-security company protecting 26+ organisations through penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability research and human-risk reduction.

He speaks internationally — across Europe, the Middle East and North America — on artificial intelligence and LLM security, cyber deception, ethical hacking and offensive security, phishing and social engineering, human risk and security awareness, and cybersecurity leadership.
